Proudly Serving Watauga County Since 1999
What steps can I take to prevent COVID-19?
The last two years have seen incredible scientific advances in the fight against COVID-19. Vaccines and other measures have had a significant impact in reducing severe outcomes like hospitalization and death from the virus. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends several preventative measures to reduce your risk of COVID-19, from booster shots to masking and social distancing.
While vaccines and other measures are effective to prevent COVID-19, they may not provide enough protection for those who are immunocompromised. There are options that can provide additional layers of protection for immunocompromised individuals, including long-acting monoclonal antibody therapy.
